Antietam, in the Eastern Market district, is finally opening in early July according to a new piece in the New York Times, which includes an interview with owner Gregory Holm and some interior photographs. The piece covers his extensive renovation of the space, and even asks if he's just another white hipster opening a white-owned business in the city, likely a response to the harsh criticism the publication just received for their Corktown piece.
