It seems that Good Girls Go To Paris Crepes has officially left Midtown, as the new corner location is completely empty. Owner Torya Schoeniger/Blanchard moved the business from their location a few doors down to the larger corner space, formerly her restaurant Rodin, about six months ago.
However, legal trouble with the Park Shelton landlords, who insisted she did not have permission to move her business, spelled trouble, and several months ago the Detroit Free Press reported that she would be forced to leave the building by July 9th.
It seems that she decided to pull out a few weeks early though, as a tipster reported seeing them moving out equipment early last week, posting a "For Lease" sign
by Friday. The space is completely empty, and the creperie's official Facebook page has remained silent since June 6th. The rumors continue to spread about their move to a Downtown location, but nothing official has been revealed.
