The Bird & The Bread in Birmingham was just featured in an Hour Detroit piece, which discusses the food, a departure from the regular Bham fare, and decor in detail. They love the unique pizzas and less mainstream ingredients which make multiple menu appearances (duck, chicken liver, bacon jam...) and they say it's definitely worth a visit.
