Craft Work Reveals Brunch Menus: Service Starts Sunday

Craft Work Photography by Chris and Michelle Gerard

After establishing a solid dinner menu with an array of changing specials, Craft Work in West Village is finally starting a regular Sunday brunch beginning this weekend, on April 13th. The brunch will start at 11:00 a.m. instead of earlier as many restaurants do, which has everything to do with the well-being of Craft Work's staff. As promised in his Eater Detroit interview, owner Hubert Yaro wants to keep those who work at the restaurant sane, "We're trying to balance quality of life for our workers. We want people to like working here."

And they want people to like eating there too, if their brunch menus are any indication. Like dinner, brunch is carefully curated. The food menu focuses on breakfast both sweet and savory, and has options for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Their beverage list includes cocktails both classic and innovative (Bloody Mary, Sunday Morning Bitters), in addition to beer and non-alcoholic selections.
