Greek Food, Table Tennis, And Table Tennis Food: The Penobscot Building's New Tenants

Crain's reports that the Penobscot Building is getting some new tenants, including a new restaurant (the second location of Southfield's Athens Souvlaki) and Drive Table Tennis Social Club will be moving into the building and a bar will be included in the new space.

They note that Athens Souvlaki will be opening sometime this month, and that the bar inside of the table tennis club will also serve appetizers, so players can enjoy sport and also get some food.
