There will soon be a ramen restaurant in Detroit, as Jacques Driscoll, the owner of Green Dot Stables, will be opening Johnny Noodle King, a Japanese fusion restaurant, in the old Johnny's Ham King location. Nathan Skid at Crain's is worried about the word "fusion" but plenty of other news outlets seem excited, since this is the first shop of its kind in the city. They're hoping for a June opening, but that is of course subject to change as usual.
