New Pizzeria Brings Gluten Free And Nut Free Deliciousness To Troy

Troy's newest pizza place, Renee's Gourmet Pizzeria, is a 100% gluten and nut free restaurant, where diners can enjoy pizza, calzones, salads, appetizers, and even desserts without fear of cross-contamination. For the gluten and nut eaters this is just another place to add to the repertoire, but for those with Celiac Disease or severe nut allergies this is a game changer.

Owner Gabe Hertz created the restaurant because his daughter was unable to eat gluten or nuts, and the constant stress of finding something that was both safe and enjoyable for her to eat was taking a toll. His pizzas have earned rave reviews, and lists of all ingredients are available upon request. Renee's is open daily from 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., with slightly later hours (10:00 p.m.) on Fridays and Saturdays.
