DETROIT—MGM Grand Detroit has a new Executive Chef of their Wolfgang Puck Restaurants in Jacob Williamson (he was formerly Chef de Cuisine at Wolfgang Puck Pizzeria & Cucina). His new job involves daily cooking as well as sourcing (and a host of other duties), and he's expressed a dedication to using local and seasonal ingredients, which could be exciting. [-ED-]
