Rattlesnake Ice Cream; Rock City Cocktails

This month's Hour Detroit features recipes from two of Detroit's great kitchens: The Rattlesnake Club and Rock City Eatery. Rattlesnake is a Detroit old school classic, while Rock City has been shaking up Hamtramck, but both are using pomegranate in their recipes for the month. The "grown-up" version of an ice cream "sammy" comes from Chris Franz at Rattlesnake, adding pomegranate seeds and taking away the gluten, while Rock City's Nikita Santches strives for "Peace in the Middle East" with their rose and pomegranate cocktail.
