Cafe Con Leche Nord is located across from the Fisher Building at 2990 West Grand Boulevard in New Center. From the early renderings with orange blue and yellow drop-ceiling tiles, the cafe's design has evolved to a more muted white and blue palette. Touches like a sugar skull pillow on the shop's white couch draw on the earlier color scheme.

Countertops are finished with reclaimed wood, while the eye-catching mosaic below the espresso machine features custom-made tiles designed by local artist Itchel Arriga. A long bar allows for plenty of countertop seating as well as tables and benches. During warmer weather, the cafe windows can slide open to create a bistro feel. Likewise, the cafe may take advantage of the neighboring park where customers can eventually take their coffee, pastries, and other items outdoors.
