Chef Brendon Edwards and others will be talking shop this evening and presumably discussing the Detroit food scene on WWJ-AM950 tonight at 7 p.m. Chef Edwards previously worked at Antietam and told Eater in November he has plans "in the works" to open a new restaurant.
