HopCat Opened for 2 Hours Last Night Just to Drive You Crazy

Just to make every Detroit fan insane, HopCat opened for a sneak preview to the public from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m Thursday night. While many diners got the tip-off just in time, others heard the news just a bit too late.

In any case, the grand opening tomorrow is likely to be packed. Deadline Detroit has some tips for how to properly navigate a HopCat opening. Apparently when there are free crack fries on the line things can get a little nuts. Expect campers, don't expect growler fills, and get to know your bartenders. Be safe out there.
