Ann Arbor fermented food mongers The Brinery just dropped their second batch ever of sriracha. While the Huy Fong Foods sriracha is known far and wide as a staple topping for basically everything delicious in this world, The Brinery's concoction is made locally with simple ingredients: Chili peppers, garlic, cane sugar, water, salt, and vinegar. Chef Brad Greenhill of Katoi in Corktown helped develop the recipe. The 8-ounce bottles are only available online or in Ann Arbor at Kerrytown Farmer's Market.
