Some explicit language. NSFW.

Clearly on a mission to capture every restaurant in town, Solid Dudes Kitchen recently shot an interview with Johnny Noodle King's chef Les Molnar. In the somewhat NSFW video viewers get a glimpse of how the ramen at the Noodle King is made along with some insight into Molnar's philosophy on making Japanese cuisine as a non-Japanese Detroiter.

Watching the film may make you a bit hungry, but luckily the restaurant (recently rated one of America's best ramen shops) is now officially opened 7-days per week.
