Crispelli's bakery and pizzeria will open at 4 p.m. today for dinner service at its new West Bloomfield location. The restaurant at 14 Mile and Maple will switch to regular hours beginning tomorrow at 11 a.m.
"The food is what we take most seriously," co-owner Mark Artinian tells the Free Press. "The partners and I— and chef Steve Lindemier, who'll be training the new cooks— we are all foodies." The menu at the new location will be mostly the same. However, there are expanded wine, beer, and pasta offerings.
To top that, the Berkley-based restaurant plans to open two more outposts in 2015: one in Troy and another in Novi. Although the company is still in the early phase of negotiating leases, Artinian says that he expects the new locations will open next fall.
