Garlic Cilantro Fries That Will “Haunt Your Dreams”

There’s a new food truck in Southwest Detroit.

Kat Rembacki at Core Detroit got the first word on new Southwest Detroit food truck Detroit 75 Kitchen. In her recent review, the blogger gushes about the truck's garlic cilantro fries that will "haunt your dreams."

Crispy on the outside, tender and fluffy in the middle, the potatoes are still warm from the fryer.  With the garlic sprinkled on top melting into the fries, the cilantro adds freshness and intrigue to the mix. They're served with a housemade jalapeno ketchup. Smoky, tangy and slightly spicy, it perfectly complements the fries. You can also get cajun fries or just regular ol' fries at Detroit 75, but the garlic cilantro fries are a home run.

In addition to fries, the menu offers pressed sandwiches, subs, wraps, soups and other "poppable bites."

Detroit 75 Kitchen hit the streets earlier this month and can be found parked near 4800 W Fort Street near Junction Street most weekdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
