The list of sushi options in Detroit just got a little longer. West Village's Craft Work is now offering late-night sushi option Monday through Thursday from 10 p.m. to midnight.

Owner Hugh Yaro says sushi seemed like a natural fit for the restaurant with himself and chef Matt Dalton at the reigns. "It seemed like something fun to try in a limited capacity," Yaro says.

Yaro previously owned Ronin Sushi in Royal Oak, where Dalton worked for a time. The head chef also has experience coming from defunct Chen Chow.

"We are very happy with the quality of the results, so we decided to feature it for a couple hours during the weekday."

CORRECTION: This article previously named Yaro as the owner of Ronin Sushi. However, Yaro no longer holds a stake in Ronin.
