MIDTOWN— We're back at the Hecker-Smiley Mansion, with a new round of original photos of the architectural masterpiece now on the market for $2.8M. Check out what's inside those turrets at Curbed.

PALMER WOODS— A neighborhood full of incredible design has another unique listing. This time, its a 1938 Art Moderne home built for the founder of the Farmer Jack grocery store chain. If that's not already enticing enough, the house has two balconies and a roof deck for $299K.

DOWNTOWN— The Detroit Club was the meeting spot for the city's large population of wealthy business leaders when it opened in the 1890s. It doesn't do much today, but its recent sale to a local investor has us wondering what's in store.
