An Inside Look At An Anthology Coffee Class

Anthology Coffee in Corktown just offered their first free coffee class of the year last Friday, and they'll be hosting them each week. The first class focused on "palate training using citrus as our medium" so this is clearly for fancy coffee aficionados (or aspiring aficionados), and not for tea lovers.
