Jolly Pumpkin Cancels Royal Oak Café Plans; A Semi-Truck Of Chicken Vanishes

ROYAL OAK— Jolly Pumpkin had plans for two years to open a café downtown, but they have decided to abandon the plan because of a problem with the seller. However, they're still looking for a location in either Royal Oak or Detroit. [Freep]

WARREN—A semi-truck carrying 33,000 pounds of Fresh chicken was stolen, and so far the chicken and the truck are still missing. Truck owner Maan Korkis is wondering who took it an why, but mostly he wants his truck, which is his livelihood, returned. [WXYZ]
