BRUSH PARK— Demolition work continues at the Brewster-Douglass Projects, where crews are working to flatten two gigantic mid-rises after erasing dozens of town houses earlier this year. Photos of the destruction can be found on Curbed.

CASS CORRIDOR— Negotiations over the new Red Wings arena have taken a strange turn as the city appears ready to simply give historic Cass Park to the Ilitch organization. Photos of the park's faded grandeur are this way.
