Beloved seasonal mecca The Root of White Lake has partnered with Northville-based Guernsey Farms Dairy on a new ice cream flavor, Midnight Train to Traverse. The chocolate, chicory, and Michigan cherry flavor will be available at many local grocery stores starting today, September 23rd. This is Guernsey's first collaboration with a chef.
