There are no plans to open up an Eater Grand Rapids branch any time soon. Regardless, we're glad to see Michigan Radio's daily Stateside program tackling the apparently booming food scene in the Great Lakes State's second-largest city. They like local food out there on the west side of the state (who doesn't, really?), and it's creating what author Lisa Rose Starner calls a "culinary revolution." The verdict is still out on that food uprising, but the story is definitely worth a listen. [MichiganRadio]
