Besides the exciting recent progress on tapas-weildingHatch Detroit winner La Feria's buildout, the Cass Ave. building housing the restaurant also promises to feature a community gallery in the back section of the space and yet another retail space in the front. The building, owned by artist Adnan Charara, is being lovingly-restored and refurbished by the fine folks at D MET Design, who can credit Great Lakes Coffee and Rodin to their studio's name. [ModelD]
