It was big when I was in college and it has only gotten bigger." — so says Lorraine Platman of Southfield's Sweet Lorraine's, who is apparently set to throw her hat in the mac and cheese franchising ring. Sweet Lorraine's Fabulous Mac n' Cheez, already located in Great Lakes Crossing and the Sommerset Collection, hopes to open up to 10 different Metro Detroit branches of the franchise in the next year.
