The Grinch Stole Christmas At St. CeCe's Pub

On Sunday Evening St. Cece's Pub in Corktown posted about a theft on their Facebook page, and they were understandably extremely upset.

Apparently someone stole their holiday decorations, which sounds almost too ridiculous to be true, but they reacted at first with passive aggressive humor:

"To the person who took our white furry christmas tree. You forgot the lights!"

They then put up a post reprimanding the Grinch who stole their tree, and the hurt was apparent:

"What is it that people think they are entitled to other peoples things? Stealing from bars is still stealing....Merry eFin Christmas."

No word on whether it was a cruel prank or somebody who was actually that desperate for a Christmas tree.
