Sylvia Rector with The Detroit Free Press has released her list of "Metro Detroit's Best New Restaurants of 2013" and while it's usually ten restaurants, this year it's thirteen because so many opened (and it's 2013, so it works). It's a varied list geographically (Birmingham, Ann Arbor, Walled Lake, Rochester, and Corktown to name a few places) and the food ranges from super fancy (Marais) to culinary cutting edge (Torino) to Mexican (MEX) and more.
Her article links to reviews of each restaurant, but instead of rehashing her work, Eater Detroit wants to know which of the thirteen picks should have been left off the list. Go ahead, vote on who is not worthy, and by elimination show who really is.
