New Restorations and Dramatic Reveals in Midtown

Midtown— After a year of construction, the Woodward Garden Apartments gave us a first glimpse of Midtown's newest residential address. Head over to Curbed for an apartment that's glassy, classy, and overlooking Woodward Avenue.

Midtown— Just next door to Woodward Gardens, Curbed toured the new Garden Theater, which was completely restored after nearing collapse just a few years ago. Once an x-rated movie theater, the beautiful building is now full of ornate molding with a few modern touches.
