DIB Now Closed Thursdays

Usually decreased hours, especially at a new place, are a bad sign that there isn't enough business to warrant being open all the time. Detroit Institute of Bagels announced on Facebook that they will be closed on Thursdays for the foreseeable future, but don't worry, it's because there's too much demand. They'll be using Thursdays to make extra bagels so that they have a steady supply for the rest of the week. Via their official Facebook page:

"Just a heads-up, we're temporarily closed on Thursdays to catch up with ourselves. We'll see you Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday!"

Detroiters really do seem to love their fresh bagels.
