Midtown is ready for Chef Andy Hollyday's Selden Standard, but the opening is unfortunately a lot of work and several months away. They're hard at work on all aspects of the business though, so don't worry. Also, they clearly have their priorities straight according to a recent post on their official Facebook page:
Spent today working on a website, a menu layout, and brunch drinks. We won't open for months, but it's NEVER too early in the process for brunch drinks.
